GlowGirl Golden Hour
Remember a couple of weeks ago when we discussed how important it is to network? Remember how we explained that it can build healthy relationships to help advance your career and get you to the next step?
Well, how can we explain networking and not give our readers the opportunity to network?! That's right, we are actually networking ourselves, by teaming up with GlowGirl Projects to bring you GlowGirl Golden Hour. We thought that a women’s entrepreneur social would be a good time for like minded professionals to come together and mingle while sipping on delightful drinks and eating light refreshments.
The social is hosted by Joilee Havner,
The C.E.O. of GlowGirl Projects. She founded GlowGirl Project to connect & empower women of color. Her goal is to empower women through helping them become financially free and provide a platform to inspire women. She provides creative experiences for women entrepreneurs to vibe together, such as GlowGirl Golden Hour.
During the social, we have a guest panel featuring three intelligent women with a heck of a story! First we have:
Morgan McKenzie is a radio talk show host! Morgan used faith and perseverance while storming her way into the radio world and now she has her own radio show, “The It Girl”. She also is a co-host for a show called “Straight Talk”. She tackles important community topics and highlight people in the Triad community that are looking to make a difference while keeping it fun, upbeat and entertaining.
Next we have Allegra Seegars:
Allegra is the owner of Alabaster Box, a company that focuses on homemade spa and beauty products with floral accents. Her oils, candles, and hand creams are therapeutic and filled with relaxation. Allegra is auspicious, animated, and awesome! She started researching healthy alternatives to help with stress and anxiety and stumbled across aromatherapy. She began mixing her own essential oil blends and adding dried flowers to the oils for aesthetics. This is how her beauty business came along, Alabaster Box.
Last but not least, we have Amber Crudup:
A “Branding BadAss”, Amber helps entrepreneurs and small business owners stand out, book clients, and get paid! Sounds like a major trio right? She wants to make sure that business owner’s brand work for them. Amber launched her brand academy this month and is ready to help anyone who wants to make their brand, badass!
Sounds like a pretty inspiring, empowering, and informative panel right? We want all the guests to learn something while being around good vibes and having fun. So what better way to end the social than with a day party?!
